Sana Pharma Medical and Mallax Pharmaceutical have agreed to part ways and the new ownership is now in place. Sagacia AS becomes the lead investor and owner of SPM accompanied by a group of employees. Behind Sagacia we find the Norwegian duo of Henning C. Steffenrud and Andres Flaaten.
